minimum requirements???

I have a question, does anyone know how a 500mhz Pentium 3 would run with raven shield. I am interested in getting the game but only have that for my computer now. Everything else in the requirements I have just fine but that. Thanks.

??? what do you mean "NO"? Will it play slow or not at all or what, That's not a very good answer for anyone.

cant say it if will or not. may eventually load but i can tell you that you would probably not have much fun. be like walkin through knee high molasses at best. big issue with this game is frames per sec. i know for a fact that cpu has a lot to do with it. i went from a 1.6 p4 to a 3.2 p4 and my fps jumped significantly. with the 1.6 i was on the low end of working. i guess you could do SP mode and it may work.

I dont think it would work, go on the Raven shield website and look for system requirement.

I run on a 900mhz amd athlon and trust me it's hard to not get lag. I think the minimum requirement is 800mhz.

"no" meant that there's no way a 500MHz P3 would be able to run this game. It's 300MHz below Ubi's minimum requirements. Who knows how far below it is the actual minimums.

Hehe, Actual minimuns are 900mhz. I've got a friend that plays the game with a 900mhz and geforce4mx 64mb. Doing 800x600 and gets about 30-50fps (I'm amazed ...)

Anyway. What is the video card you got ?, 500mhz might be able to cut it at very low quality with all off in SP. But you need some good graphics card with that ... With that computer I guess you have a nvidia TNT or something like that and those are not supported by the game at all 'period'

but the minum requirements are these(taken from raven-shield website in system req section) :

running the game, and having the game being playable are 2 completely differnet things.
