I have used the elvavator and unlocked the door but where do I go from here? I think I need to configure the dial by the water with 4 balls but I don't know how? I realize it is linked to the focusing in the top room but don't know how?

So you've found the viewers in the top room. Have you found anything to focus them on? They can be a bit tricky. You can zoom in and out and focus by using the levers. You can see the entire range of view for each viewer by grabbing the center and moving the cursor.

When you say you have unlocked the door, have you made it into the room where the long haired bloke went?
