Special effect question...

I use Studio 9 for video editing, and was wondering if anyone knew how to overlap 2 video clips at the same time... say ground battle footage in the background with another video clip of the A10 releasing a load on top...

then how would you determine what the strongest images is, is there a slider or something to control what you see more of like with sound and background music...

Is this a transition effect or an actual video effect?

There should be a filter or something in your program (I don't have that particular proggy) that says Overlay or something. You can change the amount that the images are transparent.
