How exactly do I get a serial for my 3dsmax 5 polybump? I'm pretty sure I followed all the directions in the plugin and on the site by emailing my name, address, and hardware id, purpose of usage and phone number to polybump@crytek.de, but I haven't received anything yet. I sent it in a few days ago too. Am I doing something wrong? How long does the registration process take? Thanks in advance.
