RVS: MY FPS IS STUCK AT 60 !

Can someone help me? my fps dont go further than 60. Seems like 60 is the max. I'm using a 256MB ATi Radeon 9600 PRO , 256 DDR RAM and 1.4 AMD Athlon XP processor. My fps with my old Geforce FX5200 card went more than 60 but i forgot how i did that. There's something on my pc that i tweaked to break the 60fps lock.
