Simple Entity, it's object what can use physics
Entity it's Simple Entity + Some script or shader.. like Chain Swing, Fog, ladder, flying fox etc.

Simple Entity is a helper button to create a entity using BasicEntity script.
You can get exactly same thing by directly placing Default\Entities\Others\BasicEntity entity.
