I use *record as avi* option to record, but when open the recorded avi file with windows media player and VirtualDub, etc, I cant hear the sound. Is this a bug or are there settings I should change? I am sure it has built a wav in the avi file.

What you have to do inorder to get sounds from the game, using the ingame AVI recover is, before starting to record a movie, go into your Volume Settings->Options->Properties and switch to Recording, hit ok and check the Select on the Stereo Mix or Mono Mix, i use Mono Mix on mine and volume set to about 1/3's, since Stereo Mix will give you a wayyyy bigger volume and sound crumblin in the final output...now when the movie is done rendering, it will switch to the Sounds screen, building up the sounds for the movie.

Thank you http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/11.gif, and it works. Since I dont find the mono mix and stereo mix options, I select "what you hear" instead and it works well to me.
